Mary Fannin Founder
A native of Melbourne, Florida, Mary Fannin moved to Tallahassee in 1977 to begin her career as a hairstylist. Two years later, she became a partner in the Hairsmith Salon. In 1979, she introduced AVEDA to Tallahassee. She grew as a sole owner of three salons and founded Tallahassee's first Day Spa, Chelsea Salon and Spa. She is the proud mother of three wonderful children, Sarah Ted and Veronica.
Mary is proud to be the winner of Tallahassee Magazine's 2011 Lifetime Achievement Award. Through this journey, Mary is also proud of all the hairdressers she has nurtured along the way.

Sue Peña Owner
Sue has assisted her sister, Mary, in management for many years. She officially joined the Chelsea family in 2012 as the Office Manager.

Sue purchased the business from Mary in September of 2016 to allow Mary to retire and enjoy the pleasures of travel, gardening and the time with her family she deserves!

Miranda Jones Floor Manager
Miranda Jones has been a licensed hair and beauty professional since 2001. She learned and perfected her skills under the instruction of Mary Fannin and credits Mary for helping her blossom into a successful hairstylist, salon educator, and manager of Chelsea Salon and Spa.
Miranda believes in continuing education and strives to remain at the forefront of the beauty and hair industry with her knowledge of new products and services in order to provide excellent service to her clientele. Miranda's education includes: Aveda Train-the-Trainer, Aveda Color Certification, Aveda Leadership Education, as well as Aveda 2009-2012 Serious Business Training.
Specializing in multidimensional color, hair care, fashion, and modern cuts, Miranda believes in the importance of staying in the center of all the latest trends so that she can give you the look you want.
Jenna Hollar Manager
Jenna began her journey at Chelsea Salon and Spa in 2009 as an Assistant working her way up to Customer Service Representative in 2010. After about 3 years she moved to Chattanooga, TN where she managed a local restaurant before starting her family. Jenna, her husband and beautiful daughter moved back to Tallahassee in 2015 and Jenna returned back to work at Chelsea Salon & Spa as a Manager.

Mckenzie Ledbetter Assistant Manager
Mckenzie originally joined the Chelsea family as a Customer Service Representative in 2014. Since then, she has become the Assistant Manager and credits Sue for helping expand her skill set in management.
